Logic Pro X

This portion of my site consists of my own documentation for Logic Pro X, mainly focused on the MIDI Effects and the Scripter plug-in in Apple’s Logic Pro X. Almost all of this is my own research and work, but some comes from how-to’s I have seen elsewhere, and I do my best to give credit to those sources.

The Scripter plug-in is very powerful but also very wonky. Apple has good documentation for it, but inconsistent between the ePub versus the website, though the website looks more complete. Much more can be gleaned from the example scripts, but even then there are behaviors that are not documented anywhere, and the code can be challenging to read if you have little to no experience with Javascript. With this documentation, I aim to clarify how the Scripter Editor works, and what is expected by both the compiler and the user to build controls for a script.
